Wolverines AGM September 30

Keene Wolverines will be holding its annual general meeting  on September 30th at 7 pm. 

Due to the current pandemic situation the meeting will require adherence to COVID  guidelines and protocols will be in place to ensure that we can safely hold a meeting.  

Interested parents and community members are all welcome to attend, however you will be required to register in advance.  We are able to hold the meeting in person if the meeting is below 100 participants, if we have more than 100 people interested in attending we will need to move to a virtual meeting.

Masks and social distancing will also be required.  

Meeting will be held in the Arena Parking lot. Bring your own lawn chairs

Please RSVP to the meeting by emailing Jen Stewart at [email protected] no later than September 21 so we have sufficient time to make arrangements
